Handled everything on short notice with perfection. I am very satisfied with the job Mr Casey has down and would Recommend him to any who need a lawyer in his field. Thank you, Paris brown 10/1/19
I came to Mr. Casey with a very unusual, complex case that many workers’ compensation attorneys wouldn’t have taken on, due to lack of legal precedents in the particular type of issue that was involved. Mr. Casey was realistic, and always straightforward and honest with me in terms of what to expect. He told me that my case would be challenging, but that he would take it on. He worked diligently on my case, and everything he did was with my best interest in mind. He was kind and emotionally supportive of me during one of the most difficult periods of my life. Thanks to Mr. Casey’s hard work, professionalism, attention to detail and vast knowledge of employment laws, the outcome of my case was favorable. I would recommend Mr. Casey to anyone looking for a strong workers compensation attorney, particularly one that understands other employment laws and that will identify overlaps with other types of violations.
Sean is a very knowledgeable labor attorney. He will sit with you and review your case (step-by-step). Additionally, he offers insight regarding opposing counsel and any stumbling blocks that might occur. I highly recommend his services for any employment / labor issue.
Mr. Casey represented me in 2 cases a Workers Comp and EEOC case and succeeded in winning both cases for me. Mr. Casey as well as his Paralegal Jessica were there to answer questions and guide me through a confusing and difficult process. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my cases and I believe it was a direct result of Mr. Casey's knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend Sean Casey to anyone that is in need of legal assistance.
I first met Sean in 2006. He represented me in a ADA case. I resigned my position, and negotiated receiving Unemployement from my Employer. After advice from a friend, I sought representation in regards to filing a ADA case, since I am legally blind. Sean consulted with me, and stated it would be difficult but he would take my case. My former Employer was represented by Buchanon and Ingersol (One of the largest Coporate Law Firms in Pittsburgh). After Sean did all the legal filings. We ended up in an arbitration meeting. It was Sean against three B&I Attorney's. It took most of the day, however, Sean negotiated a sizable monetary settlement on my behalf. Sean also represented me in a dispute for my current (Self Employed) company, which I am the Owner. There was a accusation of "Gross Misconduct", which could have ended with my contract betting terminated. Sean pointed out the obvious holes in there accusation. The final decision was the total and complete dismissal of the accusation. There is no other Attorney I would want sitting beside me when it comes to EEOC, and ADA. I am quite confident that Sean is just as capable in the other areas of his Practice.
I hired Sean to represent me in a matter involving my former employer. Besides litigation being extremely difficult in any situation, I was also pregnant, adding an entirely different layer to the normal stress of litigation. This was the first time I was involved in litigation and I was very nervous generally speaking. Sean, not only being a great advocate throughout the entire process, was also extremely sensitive and compassionate about my pregnancy and took things at my pace. While zealously pursuing my case, Sean also took great care to advise of any concerns in the case and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. At the end, I was very pleased with the result that I got and was very happy to have worked with Sean. Of course, I hope not to be involved in litigation any time soon, but if I am, Sean will be the first call I make. I strongly recommend him not only for his expertise in the areas of labor/unemployment compensation law, but the manner in which he handles himself both with his clients and with the opposing parties/counsel.
Mr. Casey represented me in two separate cases. He is a professional, knowledgeable, dedicated and thorough attorney. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. Never did I feel I was left in the dark. He is always accommodating as far as appointments or answering questions. I highly recommend Mr. Casey!
Mr. Casey represents me on a workers compensation matter. He was always available to speak with me, and would often bear the brunt of my anger, but he did so in a much needed compassionate manner. He also has a brilliant legal mind and takes on the " vicious world of insurance adjusters " with a aggressiveness that is inspiring
Attorney Casey was my attorney on a discrimination case. I was not pleased with his professionalism or the outcome of my case.
