I am a civil trial attorney who has successfully handled hundreds of cases. While I work primarily as a defense attorney, please do not hesitate to contact me if you, or someone you know, has been injured, personally or commercially, and needs legal representation.  I specialize in premises liability, products liability, insurance coverage disputes, school and municipal law, federal class action litigation including TCPA claims, environmental law including CERCLA and superfund site remediation cases, commercial litigation, complex litigation and construction law.  I am admitted to practice in Connecticut, U.S. District Court (Connecticut) and the U.S Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. I also serve as local counsel for out-of-state attorneys with cases pending in Connecticut state and federal court.
