      I have been involved in criminal defense work since 1970.  Helping people with legal problems, defending against false accusations and minimizing consequences have been gratifying and fulfilling.  I enjoy trial work immensely but finding solutions and positive acceptable results are my primary objectives.  There are always alternatives to incarceration that will allow a person to recover and improve.  An opportunity is needed and education is given to allow a person to re-establish and reclaim their life.     When you are arrested, for either a felony or misdemeanor offense and receive a traffic citation, a stressful experience begins.  You are faced with difficult, complicated and costly decisions.  Waiting is difficult and not knowing what is going to happen is painful.  To minimize this stress, I will answer all your questions, every telephone call, text and e mail will be returned promptly and you will be informed as to all aspects, developments and considerations of your case.    Our communiations is essential.  You will never wonder about the status of your case, or what is going to happen at the next court date or what your choices are.  I will advise and help you make every decision.  We will work together to achieve the best results.
