This person is a disgusting individual. He tried to represent himself as an attorney and then made sexual advancements towards my teenage son. When we contacted his office he used derogatory terms for my family as referred to us as monkeys. Steer clear of this sorry excuse for a man

Scott and his team are some of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever dealt with, and it is a very unpleasant experience to speak with them they have no regard for the consumer. A lawyer that practices this type of law has to have a sense of compassion towards the consumer, and the reason why is you are dealing with people's homes they may have worked their entire life to fulfill the American dream and own a home. Scott and his firm don't care about their consumers or what happens to their home they care about generating the most net income they can even if it means operating in an unethical manner. Scott was contracted by us for over three years and he was paid over twenty grand and produce absolutely nothing and this amount does not justify the amount of motions filed for this case; There are many other lawyers that will charge you less and do a much better job and treat you with respect. There were many instances in which I spoke to his staff and they used vulgar language and spoke with such veracity towards you it seemed like they had disdain for the consumer. Then during our engagement I brought actual figures which their representative was clueless of, and they agreed I would not have to pay them from that point on this would be considered a verbal contract an offer was made by the offeror and me as the offeree I accepted, but they ended making this null. Once they saw the case was dragging on further and further they called for money and threatened to drop the case if I didn't pay, so they use intimidation tactics against their consumers. They also charged my credit card without authorization I could have easily disputed this charge and won. Scott studied law for all the wrong reasons he doesn't want to help the consumer he only cares about profit, and you may not see this because you are blinded by his promises which he will never deliver on or the many other fallacies and unethical tactics he employs. I am still dealing with the foreclosure process, but we no longer deal with this attorney and his firm they don't even as much call me. In the end the best advice I can give you is never contract this firm you will save an abundance of I am an accountant so I know, and you will most likely achieve a better result than you would with this firm.

You, Scott Podvin and your staff will reap what you sow just like Bernie Madoff and the likes. You have taken advantage of me and many other clients. The law will catch up with you. I had the unfortunate experience of working with this attorney on a mortgage modification. This attorney also is very careless with your personal and private information. Get a proper referral from the Bar association!

DO NOT USE HIM!!!! I applied for a loan modification and was told that he could help me. I was upfront with him the entire time and told then that I had also applied at a nonprofit organization. Upon my approval at the nonprofit organization I emailed them to let them know to cancel my account and not bill me. WELL they still took the money out of my account and refuse to put it back. I had to make a dispute through my bank and still have yet to see my money.

I wish I could put a negative in the trustworthy. We got a call from a young man that worked at this firm and he convinced us to sign up with them when we werent sure that we wanted to... he said everything would be ok and we would not only have representation in our foreclosure matter but that we would also be able to get our loan modified. We ended up losing our case and would have lost our home if we hadn't filed bankruptcy.

I would highly suggest staying away from this Lawyer. We hired him and signed a contract to work a case and found out he took our money and we still lost everything!! Be Careful!!

This guy ripped us off took our money, barely did anything that we could have done our self's and then had me trade out services that would have never been reciprocated on his end. He does not keep his end of the deal, he pushed for us to short sell or walk away form the house knowing we want to keep it. He has a former employee that told me about his profiting from the clients loss of their homes after the were foreclosed. There were several months they bill you and do nothing on your case.
