He showed up late for every single meeting we had, (like 2), and waltzed in on my court times about 2 minutes before the court was supposed to start- one of the times I was terrified he wasn't even going to show up because he had barely communicated with me beforehand, (He hadn't even taken the initiative to contact me to say that my court was in 2 days, by the way, I happened to think about it and call him, thank the lord because I don't think he even would have.) He's extremely flaky and the fact that I gave this guy a bunch of money to do basically what a public defender could have done, and nothing but the bare minimum caused me colossal stress and anger over the past year. It was a huge learning experience for me. Now I understand why so many people don't like lawyers. Perhaps this guy is fine for someone facing serious charges or something but for someone with a not very serious offence stick with someone cheaper.
