My personal injury practice is comprised primarily of automobile, bicycle, motorcycle, and pedestrian accidents.  I represent only plaintiffs who have been injured due to the negligence of others.  My personal injury fees are always based upon a percentage of the amount recovered for my clients, and I only receive compensation if I am successful in recovering money for my clients.
