I have been practicing law since 2002. I have a background in litigation, but the death of friend at a young age me accutely aware of the need for propert estate planning.  His death, at the age of 35, reinforced to me the dangers that planning at the last minute or not at all, presents.  I made it my mission to work with clients in a way that ensures that their plan works during their lifetime, and continues to work even after their death.
