I have worked with Scott Sheffler for several years. I would absolutely recommend him to everyone. He has recovered so much money that our company never thought we would see. Scott is very knowledgeable and highly efficient.
We have used Scott for our general corporate work, contract review, succession planning and other matters for several years. We have always had prompt attention to our matters both from Scott and his office staff and partner. We can obtain updates on the status of a matter generally within 24 hours, versus days for other attorneys and firms we use and have used. His fee structure is reasonable, as are the hours billed for the work required. As important to us is that Scott will not engage a matter that he feels he cannot handle on our behalf. We have used firms where hours are incurred and billed, but the request ends up being referred out after we have incurred costs. This is not the case with Scott’s firm. If they do not feel they can handle a certain request, they immediately make us aware and make appropriate suggestions for referrals.
Mr. Sheffler has been my corporate and personal attorney for over 15 years. Mr. Sheffler is always responsive, knowledgeable, and his vast experience in corporate and trial law is a tremendous asset. What I admire most about Scott is that he does not always tell me what I want to hear, but suggests what I should do in a non egotistical manner. This quality is an incredible benefit when it comes to legal situations. During many conference calls over the last 15 years, I have had the opportunity to hear Scott present my position to other attorneys. I believe the key to a great attorney is the ability to stay calm and keep personal ego out it. I can say without any reservation that Scott has continued to demonstrate and practice this tremendous character asset again and again. If you are looking for an attorney who thinks about his clients first rather than himself, you have found the right man. P.S. It also helps that we almost always come out on top!
Scott Sheffler is a great attorney. He is a strong business, real estate and contract law attorney who has represented me personally and professionally on many occasions and has performed beyond our expectations.
