First off, I did my homework and actually researched attorneys & found Attorney Scott Scholl to be Best of the Best. He wore that title well. He is VERY knowledgeable about what he does. My ex was trying to get a continuance for the second time. Mr. Scholl knew I didn't want it & immediately went to bat for me & the continuance was denied. Small victory # 1... He did his homework & brought everything to light in the courtroom that I wanted brought. He's not from Saline County & didn't back down from the judge or small town attorney that is very well known for her winning record. We won & I got what my kids deserved which was back Child Support, back "other" monies owed & $500 of my attorney fees paid by my ex. Also, after court my ex emailed me bringing his girlfriend into our convos which the judge had said to keep about kids only. I forwarded him the email & he forwarded on to the other attorney reminding her of the judges statement and ruling. I've had attorneys in the past that didn't want to rock the boat. I called around to several divorce lawyers before I came across Mr. Scholl and I was beginning to give up as the others would not do it for me or they were to expensive.
