There is no request or offer to meet with us to discuss our next steps, rather it would appear from lack of infomation that he is expecting us to do what we thought we are paying him for. The billing of accounts is illegible and confusing. One does not know how much Is owed based on the statements received. Never seen such a poor way of keeping books.
