About
In today’s legal environment, cases are more expensive and time consuming to resolve than ever before. Inevitably, every prospective litigant will find themselves asking the same question – even if engaging an attorney will ultimately gross the largest recovery, will the associated time and costs of doing so be worth it? Scott’s primary objective before taking on any matter is to provide his perspective clients with the honest and unequivocal answer to this question they need. Based out of Chicago, Scott utilizes his diverse legal background in insurance, personal injury, workers’ compensation, criminal defense and estate planning matters for his clients across the country. Scott has worked in the legal field in Maryland and Illinois for over ten years. The past four years, Scott has been practicing as a licensed attorney in Illinois, specializing in first-party property insurance litigation on behalf of insureds. In 2017, Scott was named as an “Emerging Lawyer” by Illinois’ Leading Lawyers Magazine. Scott’s exposure to the field has provided him a deep understanding of the legal system and best practices. Given the wealth of previous client experiences and successes, Scott has founded his practice on the following Guiding Principles: Efficiency, Cost-Effectiveness, and Flexibility. Scott brings each of these principles to bear by establishing a relationship with each of his clients founded upon collaboration.
