Mr. Gibson was professional and prompt from the beginning to completion. He always answered my calls and was forthcoming with my answers. I had spoke to another attorney prior to contacting Mr. Gibson and he was wishy-washy. I felt like I got straight answers from Mr. Gibson and no false promises. He was honest and I really needed to hear the truth. He got me a fair settlement for my injury. I would have loved more but I think he did right by me.
Filled me with empty promises, but in the end, he refused to go to court, refused to stand up for his client and left me with enormous medical bills that were supposed to have been taken care of in the original lawsuit. I ended up being worse off after hiring Scott Gibson than before I hired him because I had to hire another lawyer to undo the financial mess he left me with. He had no trouble lying to my face and going behind my back to make deals with the other side. I find his behavior reprehensible. I worry about other people placing their trust in this man. It is one thing to have a disabling injury, but quite another to be further disabled by the very attorney that was supposed to represent you. He insulted me repeatedly during mediation and refused to provide accomodations for me, despite my handicap. I could write for days on the problems I had with this man, but like the rest of the lawyers--he will never be held accountable for his actions.
