He was flexible, pleasant, smart and even went the extra mile for me. I arrested on an unrelated charge (jaywalking-you heard correctly Jaywalking) and they wouldn't release me because of the pending unrelated case. He sent a friend of his who happened to be at court that day to make sure I was released. I ended up resolving my Felony DUI case exactly the way he indicated I would, successfully and with a gross misdemeanor instead of a felony. Thank God.
My case was assigned to him when his partner Kalani Hoo became judge. I gave them almost $8,000 dollars with the promise my charges would all be dropped to misdemeanors . Everything changed once he started handling my case. No way to get in to speak with him then when I finally did he didn't even know my case. I knew it was a bad sign. Thanks to Scott P. Eichorn i am now a felon. First offense nothing other than traffic tickets when I was a teenager . Trust these reviews and don't do it!
Not knowing any better I retained this attorney only to have him miss court hearings (which made the judge angry at me), fail to explain what my choices could do/be and fail to file importance documents with the court. I never felt like he believed in me. I have him so much information to challenge my accusers and he didn't use any of it when questioning them in court. He was very hard to contact in that he was slow to return messages/emails - if at all. He's like those attorneys on TV advertising a quick settlement (that helps them not you) and then he dumps you to fend for yourself.
HE NEVER DID ANYTHING BUT USE SCARE TACTICS THAT I WOULD DO JAIL TIME INSTEAD OF HELPING ME PROVE MY INNOCENCE. NEVER INTERVIEWED WITNESSES, NEVER LET ME KNOW THE RESULTS OF THE COURT APPOINTED INVESTIGATOR, NEVER CARED AT ALL. HIS PARTNER MADE JUDGE AND HES ONLY AFTER THE BETTERMENT OF HIMSELF NOT HIS CLIENTS SITUATION. I WOULD OF BEEN BETTER OFF REPRESENTING MYSELF.
