Scott has been my attorney for almost 10 years now. He has walked me through my very difficult case step-by-step; all the way throgh to citizenship! He and his staff have tirelessly fought for me throughout this whole process. I highly recommend him for all your immigration needs! Thank you Scott & Magda! Thank you!

My husband was arrested by ICE last March, and Mr. Bratton had handled the case. Everything went smoothly and Mr. Bratton was very kind and very helpful. He would reply us anytime of day, and very prompt reply. I would refer him to everyone that I know. He was very helpful. We are very grateful to him. He's staff was very helpful also.

Mr. Bratton is without a question the best immigration attorney one can think of. Not only he is extremely knowledgeable, professional, experienced and closely familiar with the procedures in each particular field office, but also he is an extremely responsible and caring about his client. I write this review having experience talking with pretty much every immigration attorney I could find in Dayton, OH area regarding my N-400 application. I have originally proceeded working with one of the other firms and, as a result, had to switch to Mr. Bratton 3 weeks before the interview. The previous firm made quite a mess with my application (luckily, I resolved this mess before the application was submitted, but I would have done less mistakes putting it together myself, and they nearly charged me for the time spent on fixing the mistakes they made!). Additionally, three weeks before the interview, the original attorney was not sure any more he would be able to come to the interview with me. That was the point when I found Mr. Bratton through the Super Lawyers web site. My only regret I did not find Mr. Bratton’s firm originally. Mr. Bratton responded immediately and gave the most detailed, free, consultation regarding my case, suggesting many details none of the previous attorneys were mentioning. He continued communicating with me all the time before the interview, despite the holidays period, always responding to emails immediately, sometimes late at night if it was necessary. His advice helped me to prepare the interview documentation in a way allowing to avoid any request for additional evidence. Mr. Bratton had no hesitation regarding coming to the interview with me, although it was a very short notice for him and the interview was on the first day after the New Year holidays (January 2nd). Furthermore, at the interview, Mr. Bratton asked to expedite my case (due to the particular circumstances regarding my employment) and the officer agreed to do so. The case was then indeed expedited, and immensely so: my approval letter scheduling the oath ceremony was sent the next day after the interview. The standard timeline given to me originally was several weeks. Also, from all my experience, the price they charge is what it does cost—the overall price Mr. Bratton charged was, in fact, less than what would have accumulated with my original attorney, had I continued working with him. Mr. Bratton's group are just experienced enough to realistically predict the time required for the work to be accomplished and the effort to be made--the effort that helps, which is much more than just filing the application. Mr. Bratton’s firm is the law company which does help.

Scott Bratton, Albion and the entire staff at Margaret Wong's firm worked tirelessly on my case for almost 6 long years. There was great communication with Scott. He answered all my questions and covered all aspects of my difficult case. I was truly impressed and amazed at his skills during my court hearing. He finally won my case for me! I highly recommend him to anyone who needs legal immigration help.

Scott Bratton at Margaret Wangs office along with Albion were very great communicators and answered all worrisome questions my husband and I had regarding my husbands immigration process. Everyone who complains about the costiness of their services should realize that you get what you pay for. To have great immigration representation means having to pay for the attornerys and his or her staffs hard work. Scott and Albion deserve every last penny we gave them for my husbands work permit and green card to be approved. All these years of waiting and going from cheaper attorneys to other less costy attorneys with denial after denial, was finally resolved when we chose Scott as our legal rep. He is simply very knowledgeable and everything worked out in a timely fashion which was exactly what someone in a status such as my husband would need. I want to thank Scott and Albion for working on our case, answering all of our questions and always promptly emailing or calling us regarding any issues and notices received. Thank God the misery of waiting with no hope of a green card is over with Scotts knowledge and Albions hard work. Sona and Grigor H.
