Sarah handled my discrimination and retaliation case with my employer and helped the EEOC process as well. She is a compassionate and very intelligent lawyer whom I hired to do the job. From day one, I felt she was impressive and knew in the end all good things would come our way.
As a veteran I took an oath to support and defend the constitution against enemies foreign and domestic... But, when senior management began to violate my civil rights and those of other employees in the workplace I hesitated to demand equal and fair treatment because the company was large and well known and I was afraid they would retaliate or fire me to keep from admitting liability for the actions of certain senior managers or taking steps to correct the situation. Initially, it was hard to find an attorney who would take such a complex case. But when I consulted with Sarah Parady, I was immediately impressed by her knowledge and ability to analyze my case. I am genuinely appreciative of her dedication to defend the rights of the working class. Through Ms. Parady's knowledge, ability, and passion to defend my civil rights, I rediscovered the strength and courage I needed to demand fair and safe working conditions... No American should feel afraid to stand up for their civil rights in the workplace - Sarah Parady is the only Attorney that I would ever recommend for such a case!
After 8 years working for a company that encourages abusive behavior from their managers and supervisors towards their employees I finally had enough and stood up to the harassment being leveled at me at work creating a hostile environment for me and others on the job. I could not find any representation that could handle the gravity of the complaint compared to the size of the company being charged until I found Seth Benezra's lawfirm provided to me through a national organization which focuses on discrimination and harassment issues. I contacted their office and found a responsive and encouraging group of attorney's that reassured me they would help with my case. Sarah Parady guided me through my situation and events that followed and gave me the truth and timely reports that I needed to get me through the situation. I was still working at this time at the same place of employment and was being watched carefully for mistakes to be made and my co-workers were isolating me and disparaging me along the way. Whatever was transmitted to my employer was taken seriously and I was able to prove that the environment was hostile and dangerous. Because of my lawyers report and encouragement we won a settlement and the company has since taken great efforts to correct the behavior of its employees and changed its first requirement to be employed there to read that "employees must be able to work in a diverse work environment". I have since moved on to a better place of employment which does respect its workers but I will always remember Seth Benezra and Sarah Parady as the lawyers who made a difference in my life and many others who still work within this company.
