About

I grew up as an army brat so everywhere. "Home" is where I live (Oklahoma), where my parents retired (Huntsville, Alabama) and where my grandparents live (Nebraska). I live and practice with a simple philosophy. Treat every client like they are my grandma. Therefore I typically am described as caring, compassionate, agressive for what's right for my client And Straight-Forward. Typically clients hire me due to the upfront explaination of services and the no holds bar attitude in what they can expect and what the process of a probate or a lawsuit will be like. Call me and you'll see. I always have time for clients They're the reason I have a job! So I tend to answer quick and give them a lot of attention by phone or email. It's how Id want my grandma treated if she was in need of help.

Who really likes lawyers? Certainly not me, but Lacey Egbert and the firm have won me over. Didn't really think there was such a thing as an honest lawyer, but I may have actually found the Unicorn! They don't charge for every minute of time spent (napping after lunch while your web page is on their screen) like some do. Hell, she's even reviewed docs for me for free!! Find that anywhere else. Love Laceys no nonsense ways and 'unique' way of expressing herself :)

Lacey helped me review my will, trust, estate, etc. I like that she speaks in normal people terms instead of lawyer jargon!

I had a relative pass away in California but he owned mineral rights throughout Oklahoma. The California probate did not cover of the property he owned in Oklahoma. As you can imagine, this was extremely stressful but I called Lacey and she helped me get his mineral rights probated here in Oklahoma. She made the whole process very simple and always got back to me when I had a question.

I've used Hartsfield and Egbert for numerous DOTOs. I have always been extremely impressed with the responsiveness, work quality, and attention to detail. They are a small firm but growing quickly in the OKC oil and gas arena. I won't take my business anywhere else. -Marty M.

Ms. Egbert's firm helped me out last year with a quiet title suit. Apparently there was problem with the title that we never knew about (land had been in the family for years). Huge relief to get that taken care of, glad they were there to help.

Lacey was recommended to me by a friend to probate my late uncle's estate. She was very down to earth and knowledgeable!

Lacey Egbert assisted us by navigating the seemingly convoluted legal process of discovering heirship, and made it seem easy. She quickly built confidence that she was the right attorney for us. Once we engaged Lacey, we were surprised how communicative she was. She responded to our E-mails, almost instantly. When we called her on the phone she was always available to provide direction with an astute understanding of, not just the process, but us as people. Although efficient with time, which is a lawyers best friend, she was always patient with our ocean of questions. Lacey Egbert is an expert in Probate law, Quiet Titles, Oil and Gas Ownership - which, in our case, was the main reason we employed her. We were surprised to find Lacey actually respected our needs and cared about the outcome of each step in this process, which is a departure from any attorney we've worked with before. Other Attorneys, in our experience, required us to pursue them for information and direction, while Lacey actually pursued us to ensure we were always aware of where we were in the process and what to expect next. Lacey also acted as our liaison to the various states and companies we needed to work with and quickly navigated the bureaucracy in each place to contact the right person and understanding their needs to complete our requests. In summary Lacey Egbert is skilled, informed, bold when necessary, and expert in providing legal advice and direction. We recommend her, without reservation, as the person to call, when in need of an attorney.

My husband and I unexpectedly inherited an oil well in Oklahoma, and had no idea what to do. Ms. Egbert was recommended to us, and helped us negotiate the many twists and turns necessary to gain inheritence of the well, along with the royalties due us. Without her expertise, it would have been a much more demanding and painful process. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a responsive, knowledgeable and trustworthy attorney.

Super unhappy with this attorney getting a Mineral Deed filed after a Transfer on Death Affidavit. A mistake in paperwork from the notary - that went unnoticed by the attorney - is leading to unreasonable delays in getting $ from the oil operators. For reference, Ms Egbert was contacted April 24 and as of June 7 deeds still haven't been transferred. Anticipating another month (and payment period) at least.
