Prior to becoming partner and co-founder of Tosson & Awad, LLP., I practiced law in the real estate transactional arena and in various areas of civil litigation. My hands on experience is valuable to my application of the law particularly within real estat. My real estate finance background gives me the added advantage when advising clients. While working at a midtown Manhattan law firm I acquired extensive experience in the areas of real estate transactional work, along with commercial, real estate, contract, family and landlord tenant litigation.
