We initially contacted Mr. Resnick regarding some difficulties with a neighbor. His initial response was very fast, confident, professional. He wrote one letter on our behalf which was well-written, but unfortunately our last names were misspelled. After the letter went out we found it very hard, if not impossible (three phone calls and three emails with no response), to get a response from Mr. Resnick. Office staff was outwardly unhelpful...didn't even know there was an option to get to Mr. Resnick's voicemail until the third phone call when I told the secretary that no response in one week with no explanation was unacceptable. The bottom line is $1500 is a lot to pay for a one-page letter with your name spelled incorrectly. Talk about giving clients the impression that you don't care about them. Look elsewhere.
