Working with Sandra J. Anderson was the worst experience with an attorney in my life for the following reasons: It is my opinion that Ms. Anderson, (1) Falsified her time sheet records; (2) Filed documents in court falsely overstating the value of real property resulting in the Court granting her a lien of over 50% of the actual value; (3) Sued client for an additional $22,000 (Aprox) claiming work she never performed; and (4) Failed to get a freeze on my parents' assets which resulted in a loss of $235,000 from my father’s estate; (5) During a heated exchange, Ms. Anderson indirectly admitted in open Court that she falsified attorney time sheets records – however, the Judge immediately stopped her and told her not to say anything else. (6) Due to Ms. Anderson's lack of skill, it was necessary for me to hired another attorney under separate retainer agreement to bring this case to a close - resulting in thousands of dollars spent on attorney fees. Ms. Anderson's conduct against a former client can be summed up as shameful and immoral. If you want to save money and not go through unnecessary years of litigation - you would be better off using another attorney.
