Sandra has been litigating cases in Las Vegas for 27 years, and would be honored to represent you and your loved ones.   A truly compassionate lawyer, she gives every client unique and personal attention.  Her wealth of experience in all kinds of litigation allows her to get the most money for you.  Sandra Robertson moved to Las Vegas after graduating from DePaul University College of Law in 1994. A native of Chicago, Sandra says that the best decision she ever made was to move to Las Vegas.Sandra’s current practice focuses exclusively on representing parties injured in car, truck, and motorcycle accidents. In her early days as an attorney, Sandra worked for the insurance companies defending motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, products liability, and much more. Her clients included hospitals, physicians, a major over-the-road trucking company, pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, restaurants, commercial stores, and many others. Sandra then accepted a position as General Counsel for an insurance company, where she set the reserves for all claims; this is what makes Sandra a true expert in her field. This powerful combination of knowing the insurance companies’ tactics in fighting claims and knowing how they value cases, allows her to push their limits consistently and effectively.Sandra has also handled many complex business matters, appearing regularly in both District Courts and in the specialty Business Court. She has extensive experience not only in litigation, but also in court-ordered and private mediation and arbitration.Sandra is a firm believer in giving back to the Las Vegas community. She was a Truancy Judge for the Clark County Family Courts Truancy Diversion Project, and currently donates pro bono hours to children in the foster care program through the Children’s Attorneys Project (CAP).Sandra is blessed to have family in Las Vegas, including an identical twin sister. She frequently tells colleagues and clients, “If you see me and I do not say hello, it’s not really me!” In her free time, Sandra is an avid reader and competitive ballroom dancer.
