Treated case like a conveyor belt and ruled based on personal bias or laziness, as though she didn't even hear or read anything. Constantly talked over my attorney and treated her rudely while showing clear favoritism to other side's attorney who was not following rules and constantly overruled our objections "because (other side) was really trying" to answer, while shutting me down for everything/granting everything for opposing counsel. Cut off for a break in the middle of my testimony and then threatened my lawyer if I refused to agree to what she wanted to change she would award attorney fees to the other side. Had tons of evidence admitted on my side, nothing on other side, and she decided to force a change that is harmful to my kids because she had already made up her mind before the case was presented. She seemed to have a problem with me even though I barely got a chance to talk and had evidence to back up everything I was arguing. Got the strong impression it was my gender or appearance that formed her ruling.

This lawyer was very unorganized and on multiple occasions she continued court without consulting me. She seemed to be very involved in our initial consult but once she was retained, she did not return my phone calls and would not update me on my case. Many times I had to log on to the Court portal in order to see the status of my case. There were also a few occasions where I felt she was prejudiced as she made very inappropriate comments about my ex-wife's attorney. I felt like she was targeting people in the courtroom and would become frustrated and would lose her patience, making us look bad in front of the Judge.
