I can't get any answers from her in a timely manner, she wanted my money, but didn't want to do the work. She would not fight for me when my ex claimed that I owned a tremendous amount of back child support, even though I provided every receipt of money orders mailed with certified receipts included. She left the entire case unresolved, and then after repeated calls and emails, she sends me an email response that she will no longer be representing me and that she was too far in her career for the trouble it causes her to fight an OCSE case. I had another person, call and request assistance with a new OCSE case anonymously, and was told they would help. I've continuously been put off, and have not received adequate or timely responses with regards to my case from her, but yet she never had any issue taking my money. I can't even get her to complete what she agreed to start. I have called to request my files be mailed to me so I can pursue a competent attorney, but I can't even get help with that, even though I overpaid my last attempt to get assistance from her.
