Mr. Budanitsky is an accomplished litigation attorney representing clients throughout New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania since 1996.Mr. Budanitsky launched the Firm in 2011 with a focus towards client satisfaction and zealous defense of client rights. Mr. Budanitsky represents a diverse clientele including individuals and commercial clients, particularly in the areas of business organization, commercial litigation and personal injury. While attending law school, Mr. Budanitsky studied abroad at the International Law Institute in Geneva, Switzerland. He was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. He received his undergraduate degree from Dickinson University.Mr. Budanitsky is licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, and is published in Who’s Who in American Law. He is fluent in Russian and Spanish.When not practicing law, Mr. Budanitsky is an avid rugby player and enthusiast; and coaches youth rugby and soccer. He sits on the Boards of Trustees of the Princeton Athletic Club Rugby Foundation, and the International Association for Food Protein Enterocolitis. Attorney Budanitski's office provides plenty of parking, reception is kind and his staff pleasantly answers the phone and returns calls! Mr. Budanitsky handled two of my cases, after him, I WANT NO OTHER ATTORNEY!!! He is patient, kind, respectful and it was a pleasant surprise to find him to be a pitbull when it comes to handling sometimes annoying opposing condescending attorneys. I am a bit lazy, so I do not write reviews, but this time I had to. He handled my 14 year old daughter's case and she loves him more than me!! Keep up the good work Mr. Sander B! I recommend, I recommend, recommend!

I had a car accident in September 2012. I filed my report for a car accident in which I was involved. My car was smashed and damaged brutally from the driver site. The accident not only led to physical damage of the car but it has also injured me to a great extent. My back has been in pain. I was recommended by my friend to hire Sander Budanitsky as a lawyer. Sander explained to me all necessary steps in all details. He was honest and patient. He took a lead in my case against the company that represented the driver that was involved in the accident. Unfortunately, the case did not appear to be simple and it took about three and half years to complete the case. Sander helped me to win the case.
