Mr. Wasserson advised that he would try to handle this to keep it from getting nasty. When the other side started acting snippy in Court, my lawyer came down on them pretty heavy. After that, we were able to work things out by settling.

Our matter started out with a great deal of bitterness and hostility, but Sam's steady hand showed that we'd be better served by working together and shelving our egos. As a result, the costs involved were greatly reduced and our matter moved along smoothly without a lot of unnecessary bitterness.

Sam helped my family with a comprehensive estate plan that accounted for all contingencies. Sam thought of things that we never would have. He took the time to get to know us and understand our needs. Thanks for a great job Sam!

Seemed ok at first meeting. After getting my retainer did not respond to messages or emails. When i went to his office to review my paperwork it was horrible. I sat in his conference room and rewrote it myself. When he filed what i wrote he put down that i was representing myself. He was rude, mean, and unsympathetic in our second meeting. He doesnt know how to use a computer or even a phone. Just awful, during a time i needed help. Then he mailed my file to me without me asking, basically abandoning me without providing any help, but he kept my money.

The first meeting he was positive and extremely confident in what he could do for me. He had all the right things to say. After giving him my retainer fee which was high that's where things went down hill fast. His secretary Diane avoids my calls. Ignores all emails pertaining to my retainer refund. I never signed any court documents and found out nothing was filed. I messed up and mentioned to her nothing was filed so I should be getting pretty much 95% of my retainer back and within 4 days they typed up and said, "we started the process of 2 court documents so we will be charging you for that"!!!!! This has been going on since 2014 and this is May 2015 and I have yet to see a penny of my retainer. IF YOU ARE READING THIS PLEASE CHOOSE ANY OTHER LEGAL REPRESENTATION OTHER THAN THIS PERSON.

Mr. Wasserson seemed very positive during our initial consultation. However, after giving him a rather hefty retainer, (his fees are hefty as well), things went down hill fast. He just didn't seem to care much for my situation, and seemed put off whenever I called him. He rarely called me regarding the status of things. I was getting screwed on my alimony, my child support and custody, so, after nearly a year of enduring such torment, I made the difficult decision to go with a different attorney. It was the best decision of my life. The new attorney was amazing. I was divorced within 6 months, and he got me a reasonable settlement on all issues.

When I contacted him first he told me the case was no big deal. A pending divorce to be finalized. Once he received his retainer check he was increasingly unresponsive. He filed some paperwork that was rejected by the court. I never even was informed. I only learned about it by calling the court myself. How could someone like this make a living in his profession is beyond me. Stay clear from this guy.
