He has consistently demonstrate his extensive law experience, thoroughness and commitment to help with our legal needs. Sam has made himself available well past his normal hours when we were on a time crunch during a particular case. I cannot praise Sam enough as both a person and a lawyer.

I hired Mr. Swansen several years ago to help remove my Trust from my siblings control and to distribute personal belongings. He is a very nice man, however, did not stand up to my siblings lawyer. For $10,000 he managed to remove my Trustee but was unable to distribute any personal things! If I could go back in time, I would definitely have hired a stronger attorney (one who would stand up for my rights). As I stated, he's a nice guy but not a strong personality. I definitely made a poor choice in my legal representation.
