About

Attorney Samuel Sherry represents landlords, lenders and commercial creditors in Maine and Federal courts.  Sam graduated from the University of Connecticut cum laude in 1986 and from California Western School of Law, also cum laude, in 1992.  Mr. Sherry served as law clerk for US Bankruptcy Judge James B. Haines, Jr. (D. Me) and interned for US Bankruptcy Judge Louise DeCarl Adler (S.D. Cal.).  Sam is admitted to the bars of Maine, New Hampshire and Connecticut.  Sam is nationally accredited as a Board Certified Creditors Rights Specialist and was elected Chair of the Maine Bar Association's Consumer & Financial Institution Law Section from 2011-2014 and again in 2021.  Mr. Sherry also serves as a board member of the Southern Maine Landlords Association.
