His representative work includes: obtaining a favorable verdict on behalf of a Condominium Association in a lawsuit against their former management company for overbilling; settlement with SunTrust Bank on behalf of a client who held Certificates of Deposit the bank refused to honor; a six-figure jury award in a legal malpractice action; represented injured Plaintiff in a products liability lawsuit against Ford Motor Company; represents DUI and reckless driving clients in courts across Northern Virginia, among other matters.Samuel joined Sher, Cummings and Ellis in 2011 after graduating from George Mason University School of Law. While in law school Sam was the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law, Economics & Policy (JLEP). Sam received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado Denver, in Finance and Accounting, where he graduated magna cum laude.When Samuel is not working on a client’s case, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, volunteering with his church, playing golf, hiking and traveling.
