Salvador Mungia graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in 1984 with honors. After clerking for a Washington Supreme Court Justice in 1984-1985 and a federal district court judge in 1985-1986, he began private practice with Gordon, Thomas, Honeywell where he has practiced from 1986 to the present.Sal is a past president of the Washington State Bar Association, the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association, the Western States Bar Conference, and Legal Aid for Washington. He is a member of invitation-only legal associations including the American Board of Trial Advocates and Litigation Counsel of America. He has been designated as a "Super Lawyer" by Washington Law & Politics from 2008 to the present.
