Ryan J. Williams specializes in all aspects of case management of Federal and State Court cases in the areas of business litigation, catastrophic personal injury claims, insurance litigation, real estate litigation, construction litigation and professional liability claims and defense.  His diverse practice includes the representation of local, regional and national clients in all phases of litigation.  Mr. Williams has successfully handled numerous catastrophic personal injury defense matters for one of the largest casino and resort operators in Nevada.  He obtained a complete defense verdict while second chairing a complex three month jury trial in the Orange County Superior Court.  He also obtained a dismissal of a public entity in a well publicized, multi million dollar wrongful death action.  Most recently he represented one of the United States leading beverage and food service suppliers in a one month personal injury trial in Santa Barbara Superior Court wherein the Plaintiffs settled the matter on the third day of the defense presentation.
