I also hired Ryan T. Pellerito, to assist me through the legalities of a civil situation, I had done all the investigation paper work, but was unfamiliar with the filing process. When I called & asked his consultation fee, he said it was free which I was billed $300.00, also he was 40 minutes late for an office appointment, which I called him 3 times with no return call, He insisted to do things his way with no regards to my opinion, although the case was settled somewhat in my favor, not to my liking , the stress and headaches arguing with him was more then I bargained for.
Mr. Pellerito was hired to help me through the legalities of the situation I was in. He helped through some, but refused to help with others even though he was specifically asked if he could help with all aspects before hiring him. I am also going to inform those that read this to make certain you save every single receipt from Mr. Pellerito and be prepared to argue with him over payment. He has a hard time doing math and cannot seem to subtract payments from what he bills you. I have receipts proving $2,500 in payments and a total of $1400 billed yet he still thinks money is due him even though he was fired for his lack of knowledge in the field of law he was hired for.
