Zacchary Sayer has focused his practice on family law since 2016, helping clients with a variety of issues, including navigating complex custody cases and high-dollar divorces, securing the rights of disposition of remains after death, mediating and negotiating settlement agreements, modifying decrees of divorce, and enforcing property distribution after divorce.Zacchary's approach is client-centered. With a background in foster care, Zacchary finds fulfillment walking hand-in-hand with people in crisis. Zacchary seeks to understand his client's perspective and that of the opposing party, knowing that understanding another's suffering, fears, hopes, and financial goals is key to obtaining the best outcome for his clients and their children.Outside of the office, Zacchary enjoys taking surf trips, playing soccer, reading, mountain biking, backcountry touring, and spending time with family and friends.
