About
Kansas City divorce attorney Ryan K. Bratcher’s goal is to advise his clients through what often is one of the most stressful and emotional times in their lives, so that they are set up to succeed moving forward.“When I first meet with a client, I like to determine what would be their ideal conclusion of their case,” Mr. Bratcher said. “I then exhaust all efforts assisting the client in achieving that outcome.”Mr. Bratcher brings a sense of empathy to each case that enables him to understand his client’s goals and intentions. Once he has a clear idea of what they are hoping to accomplish, he lays out a strategy to follow for the duration of the case.“I have the passion to advocate to the best of my ability to achieve results that match my client’s goals,” he said.

Very professional and genuine attorney. Always kept great communication through the entire process. I would recommend him to anyone. Very pleased with his service
When you pay for counsel, you end up saving money. That was my experience working with Ryan. He got me fair terms during my divorce, both financially and in the custody of my daughters. Working with Ryan kept the situation professional, stress-free, and helped protect my daughters’ from the mess.
Ryan Bratcher has assisted me with a couple of legal matters. I have found that I can trust what he tells me. He first assisted me with my divorce and with his help it was smoother than I could have imagined. A outlet of years later I found myself wanting to adopt a child on my own. He led me through the process carefully and thoroughly. Although this was a lengthy process he kept me up to date on what was going on every step of the way. He was kind and trustworthy from my first meeting with him. I am confident if I need a lawyer in the future Ryan will be the guy I choose.
Ryan is a kind and hard working attorney. He took the time to listen to my case and explain my options in ways I could understand. The settlement I received was more than fair, and he made a difficult experience much easier.
Mr. Bratcher represented me for a divorce in 2019. Divorce wasn’t something I ever saw for myself, so I didn’t know where to turn when my now ex-wife told me we were through. A co-worker recommended Mr. Bratcher. From the first time I talked to him, I knew I made the right choice. He asked all the pertinent questions, and walked me through the steps that were going to take place. I am not an expert in law, so it was nice to find someone that was and that specialized in family law. Mr. Bratcher represented my interests perfectly, and I was pleased with the outcome. I am able to have a very active role in my kids lives, which was my number one concern. Mr. Bratcher is someone that I came to trust, and I have recommended him to many people that have found themselves in a similar situation.
Ryan Bratcher is a great attorney. He represented me through a messy divorce and was able to get me equal parenting time and was just really kind through the process.
I hired Mr. Bratcher for a child custody case that started in 2019. Due to COVID-19, my cased ended in 2020. From the initial consultant, things were over-promised and under-delivered. He failed to file the proper injunction/ restrictions, allowing the Mother of my child to relocate states. Due to his inexperience and ignorance of the law, he wanted me to settle my case and loss any ability to have meaningful connection with my only child. Mr. Bratcher billed me for emails, billed me every minute for phone calls,, would not/stop answering phone calls during normal business hours, very poor in communication. -Failed to have any concrete plan that would equate to true results or meaningful contact with my child. I would NOT recommend you not to hire Mr. Bratcher or the attorney's firm (they claim to represent/ advocates for Fathers). I almost lost custody of my child due to Mr. Bratcher's ignorance of the law and not knowing how the law works. He soon withdrew from my case and I was able to hire a real attorney that was knowledgeable of the law, and was able to be honest, and forthcoming and not trying to rob me for every nickel and dime. Worst customer experience EVER!
