With extensive experience in the field of DUI/OVI, Mr. Nelson regularly taught, trained and lectured at the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office and other police agencies in the State of Ohio. In addition to trying cases, Mr. Nelson was also responsible for instructing newer junior prosecutors on how to practice, and regularly lent his DUI/OVI expertise to senior prosecutors in DUI/OVI related homicide prosecutions.Mr. Nelson’s knowledge base and reputation for clarity, integrity, honesty and realism has few peers and he is fiercely dedicated to seeking the best possible resolutions for his clients.
