She would contact us if there was a change in the law that might impact our estate plan. In each case, she was delightful to work with, always explaining in detail all the issues we were dealing with and what our options were. She never hesitates to make recommendations based on what she believed were our desires and what was in our best interest. It was always clear to us that she had a clear understanding of the law, was up to date and could apply her knowledge and experience to our circumstances. She provided us with an organized binder of all our documents and wallet cards indicating that we had executed powers of attorney and who our agents were. My family hired Ruth about five years ago to review and update my elderly father's estate plan. My father had just moved to Milwaukee to be closer to us.
