Ruth Hay is an experienced business and transaction attorney having served over fifteen years as a senior corporate attorney to domestic and international clients (Fortune 100, 500 and small businesses) in the information technology, federal government and other industries.Before pursuing her legal career, Ruth was a professional classical violinist trained at the Royal College of Music, London, England and later owned and successfully ran her own small business.Ruth obtained her law degree in England before emigrating to the USA and obtaining a Masters degree in Intellectual Property law from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in New York.Ruth is licensed in Arizona and New York.Ruth is very passionate and active in her support of the arts and culture and has hosted several small salons for local artists, authors, politicians and musicians. Ruth is also the secretary and a board member of the Friends of European Art, a support organization of the Phoenix Art Museum.Ruth also devotes her spare time to several charities working to ensure the needs of families, the young and elderly are met.
