For twenty-five years, I have helped my clients resolve their divorce-related retirement plan issues through the preparation and implementation of Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs) and similar orders.  These QDROs have involved virtually every type of retirement plan and sponsor, including:-  Private, ERISA-governed defined benefit plans;-  Private, ERISA-governed defined contribution plans;-  San Diego County Employees Retirement System;-  California Public Employees' Retirement System;-  California State Teachers Retirement System;-  University of California plans;-  Federal Employees Retirement System; and-  Title 10 Military Retired Pay In addition to the preparation of QDROs, I also assist family law attorneys and their clients with the various retirement asset issues that arise pre-Judgment, including:-  Discovery and interpretation of key retirement asset records-  Preparation of Notice Of Adverse Interest and joinder of employee benefit plan-  Drafting of terms for the disposition of retirement assets in a Marital Settlement Agreement or Judgment
