Mr. Jester was a pleasure to work with during our recent real estate closing. He made everything simple and easy on our end and I was impressed with his organization on the day of our closing. We would definitely use him again for any of our legal needs.

Royston Jester was chosen to be a closing agent for a real estate transaction. Royston Jester made errors in the documents. Time was spent to help Royston Jester get it corrected, but other errors still existed. This delayed the real estate transaction. Royston Jester then billed me for the incorrect work and the time spent trying to fix repeated errors.

If we could have fired him without having to pay him and another lawyer to fix his errors, we would have. We had to do nearly everything ourselves to prepare for closing. His secretary could not even scan copies of documents to the bank correctly! We had to go during our lunch break and obtain copies so we could scan them ourselves. She was rude, "worked" maybe 2 hours a day, made errors in our title paperwork, and delayed closing several times. And the cherry on top, they slipped an extra $500 fee into our HUD without telling us, and then later said it was because of all the "additional time" they spent on our closing. I can't imagine doing what, we had to do their jobs for them and still pay extra. It was a horrible experience, an absolute nightmare. Stay away.
