About
Why I Do What I DoI grew up thinking I was going to be a teacher. While at University of California, Irvine, I was encouraged by one of the Deans to take a course that was taught “just like law school, I think you’ll like it.” He was right! I knew at that point that I enjoyed the intellectual challenge of pursuing justice on behalf of real people with real problems.Teaching is great, and I still enjoy working with eager students. But they move on, year after year. Clients, on the other hand, become like “family” for me. I stand in the gap for them, explain the options when things look horrible and the future is uncertain. I am the buffer between pain and justice. I am the one that can help make order out of chaos.Over the years, I have represented all types of people and business of all sizes, with all kinds of problems, in various types of cases. Each case is different and presents its own challenge for the client and for the lawyer. I find enjoyment and satisfaction while working with clients to sort out the facts, apply the appropriate law, and seek the result that works fairness in that particular situation. I accept the trust given to me by my clients seriously and consider it a great privilege and high calling to serve within the justice system. What Makes Me Uniquely Qualified to Represent You?Learn more at www.roycomer.comwww.facebook.com/roycomer

Roy represented me in a case in which I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle. He was very diligent in his handling of the case and was always available to answer questions and explain details. I am very pleased with the result and would certainly recommend Roy to all of my friends.
Mr. Comer has set a brand new experience for me in my 6+ years dealing with attorneys! I felt confused and intimidated facing the decision whether to accept my uninsured motorist claim settlement. I am really grateful Mr. Comer took the time to talk and email me with all my questions and concerns. With his help, I was able to make a decision with a peace of mind. His help during the critical decision making process was such a blessings and a comforting and pleasant experiences compared with my previous experiences with any attorneys! Thank you, Mr. Comer!
My name is David W. Klasing, I’m an attorney and a CPA and consider myself a scary judge of talent. Roy Comer is a very talented attorney and even more importantly he is ethical, honest, trustworthy and has adhered to the strictest confidentiality in an issue that I referred my own mother to him over. My mother was injured by her best friend when she lost control of her car while in the act of taking my mother to the emergency ward with symptoms of an impending heart attack. My mother was seriously injured and this placed her deeper into an existing financial crisis. She did not want to sue her best friend but her circumstances left her no choice. The family was placing tremendous pressure on her to do just that. She approached me and requested that I find her an attorney that would limit the law suit solely to the amount her best friend’s insurance would pay and would not go after all of her best friend’s assets. After some extensive research I referred her to Roy Comer. Roy did just that and as a result my mother has received the maximum award under her friends insurance and her best friend, who was done driving anyway, was not hurt in the process. Because of Roy, her friendship, that she cherishes so much, has survived the law suit and continued to flourish and she is in a much better financial position which has taken pressure off of my whole family. I highly recommend Roy Comer as a Personal Injury and civil litigation attorney and one hell of a decent human being. Thank you from the Klasing family Roy!
I was rear ended and had severe personal injuries. Roy was very diligent putting the case together and always talked or e-mailed me about the next steps we should take or do. It always was my decision what to do, but Roy always explained everything to me and outlined the pros and cons about the decision I had made. I always will recommend him as I was very impressed with the peronal and professional approach he handled my case. For someone, who is not familiar with the legal system he is a great asset, as he will take the time to explain it understandable. Roy will stay on my list of best choice of a lawyer. I had the best outcome I could have asked for and will recommend him to friends, family and others who are in need of a great and knowledgable representation. Thank you again Roy !
I had an unsure feeling as to what to expect especially having been in several depositions but never being the topic of the proceeding before Roy laid out his anticipated process and went through the steps by the numbers giving me a better insight. I was able to sucsefully navigate the questions posed by the other attorney not once feeling ambushed or fearful of my own honesty. Roy's confidence and professionalism were of a very high standard
I thoroughly enjoyed working with Roy when it came to settling my personal injury claim that resulted from a car accident that wasn't my fault. He managed to be very personable while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. He responded to all of my phone calls or emails within 24 hours and was willing to meet in person as often as I felt the need. His background and relationships with other lawyers allowed him to give me educated and well rounded advice and opinions that were centered around my best interest and not his own personal gains. He was more than willing to break things down for me and answer all of my questions when I was unable to understand something. He was very thorough and was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Roy Comer to own friends and family and would not hesitate to have him represent me again in the future. Thank you for everything Roy!
I found Mr. Comer to be competent as an attorney. Services were provided on time and were appropriate for the situation. He was referred to me with a high rating and I was not disappointed. I am an arbitrator and a judge and know quality legal servies.
I have absolutely Nothing bad to say about Roy. He was informative, clear, and all around very helpful. This was my first deposition so having him as my lawyer was key for me. He had me relaxed and well prepared.
Roy did a great job walking me through the entire process and preparing me for the types of questions I would be asked. He also coached me very well on how to create rapport.
Very nice guy. Very well informed and made me feel at ease before and during my deposition. I spent an hour and a half before and he took me through what would most likely happen and not what I said, but how I said them.
