My husband and I hired Roy Dawson to help us with a case involving our grandchildren. We had already been through a lot and needed someone to fight for our rights as grandparents. Roy Dawson took our case. He took all the details and went to work on our behalf. Now almost 2 years later we have been to court twice. It has been a hard road but he was compassionate with our case and has helped us tremendously! And very professional in the courtroom. We were greatful to have him by our side as our attorney.
Mr. Dawson represented me on a modification order. I gave him all of the information that he asked for and other information in which I thought would be useful. A case in which seemed to be an open and shut case. I didn't know who he was until about 10 minutes before my case was heard. I noticed him walking back and forth while interacting with a female several times who turned out to be the attorney who we were going up against. He walked into the court room and called out the wrong name, which was a sign that he hadn't gone over the paper work that I gave him. Once he finally came over and talked to me, he gave me this story about all that he can do for me. It finally came for my case to be heard, everything he told me that he can do for me turned out to be a lie. Once the case was over and we walked outside he turned to me and told me that I just got screwed. This is not the type of attorney that I would want to represent me. I normally don't do online reviews, but I would not want anyone else to fall into the same dilemma I fell into with this guy! Beware!!!!
