Stuart Gutwein is a partner in the law firm of Bennett Boehning & Clary LLP. He received a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Purdue University in 2000 and received his law degree from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis, graduating magna cum laude in 2003. Prior to joining BB&C in 2005, Stuart was an Associate in the Business Section at Sommer Barnard PC n/k/a Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. Since joining BB&C Stuart has concentrated his practice in the areas of business entity formation, business and real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, emerging companies and private equity. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Tippecanoe County Bar Association and the Greater Lafayette Venture Club. Stuart is a member of the following trade associations – OIA (Outdoor Industry Association), REISA (Real Estate Investment Securities Association) and NMEDA (National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association).
