Early on in law school, Ross Stadheim discovered his true passion — the plaintiff side of employment law. Embracing a chance to make a meaningful difference, he never looked back. Before becoming a founding partner at MJSB Employment Justice, Ross garnered over $29 million in settlements and verdicts for his clients over the past 10 years at his previous firm. From 2014 through 2021, he has been part of an elite group of just 2.5% of Minnesota attorneys under 40 years old to be selected to the Super Lawyers list as a “Rising Star.” Ross has quickly built a reputation as a skilled, savvy attorney with an exceptional record of recovery for his clients. Of the 185 cases he has had in his ten years of practicing law, all but six have resulted in recovery—a 96.8% success rate.
