About
I was born and raised in Orangeburg, South Carolina and am 45 years old. I received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Clemson University in 1991. In 1994, I obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolihna School of Law. From 1994 through 1999, I lived and worked in Nacogdoches, Texas. While there, I served as an Assistant District Attorney (state prosecutor) for five years. In 1999, I returned to South Carolina to serve as an Assistant United States Attorney (federal prosecutor). I handled more than 1000 cases during my tenure at the United States Attorney's Office, which gave me experience in many different types of cases, including federal murder cases, white collar crimes, drug crimes, firearms offenses, mail fraud, wire fraud, organized crime, conspiracy, and civil forfeiture. In 2010, I left the United States Attorney's Office and opened Parham Law Firm, LLC. My goal is to provide aggressive, effective representation for all of my clients. I look forward to speaking with you about your legal needs.

She’s a fierce attorney, known for her abilities as a trial lawyer. She cares about here clients and is their voice regarding legal matters. You won’t find a better attorney. I was very pleased with amount of money I received in the settlement.
Miss Rose Mary saved my life because she was able to get my federal charges reduced to a misdemeanor which kept me from getting deported. After the case was over, she stopped by my business several times when she was in town to check on my family and me. She also wanted to come to my swearing in ceremony when I became a U.S. citizen. If you want to hire the best lawyer who is also the best person, choose Miss Rose Mary.
Ms Rose Mary Parham literally saved my life, I would have been "rail roaded" by the system if it was not for her. The state charged me with some heinous crimes a couple of years ago. She worked tirelessly for my rights and freedom. She is highly knowledgeable, resourceful and thorough, I think this comes to her because of the high caliber cases she deals with. I was lucky to have her on my side. She was always responsive and easily accessible. Beyond all she really cares, this makes a difference when you get caught up in emotional testing times.
Two and a half years ago, our son was arrested for a crime he did not commit. He was not granted a bond. Six months later, a jury found him not guilty, after thirty minutes of deliberation. Needless to say, our family lived through a nightmare. Luckily, we retained the services of Rose Mary Parham. We are forever indebted to her. This working mother of four is also extremely intelligent, caring, and skilled in her field. She worked tenaciously on our son's case, and her performance in the courtroom was beyond compare. This was a very emotional time for me and my husband. We found Rose Mary to be both patient and respectful with us, in spite of our great ignorance of the judicial system. When we had any questions or concerns, she would promptly return our calls or emails. She was always easily accessible during this six month period. Over the last two years since the trial, Rose Mary has called us periodically to check on our son. That means alot. We highly recommend Rose Mary Parham. Thank you Rose Mary!
Ms. Parham was my attorney for a personal injury case in 2010. I have worked with many lawyers in my 40+ years as a businessman and Ms. Parham ranks at the top. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and my best interest was always the major concern. I was pleased with the settlement and would use her again without question.
The secretary I dealt with was rude and unhelpful. She provided the wrong phone number to Rose Mary who called me at home instead of work. I never received a follow up call after I called back again. I called one more time the following Monday and was told Mary Rose was in court and unavailable. When I said I needed an attorney today so I may need to look for someone else, the secretary said "ok" and hung up. I can't judge Mary Rose, her resume looked very good, but she needs to take a close look at the people she hires to take the calls.
