Well I have been dealing with rory since june 2016 had to consult with him first and hired him and he took my case because he has a dog also. The trustees have been fining me 25 a day and it is against the federal law Milo is the emotional support dog for my tenent who has depression which is a disability I would recommend him to clients who have dogs also
