My first several dealings with Mr. Goff left me feeling good and confident in his competence. My mother needed to have a trust drafted, which he did well. She also, later, made changes that were dealt with professionally. I also had a will drafted. We left the documents at Mr. Goff's office for safe keeping. The problem with Mr. Goff, is that he retired and apparantly kept it to himself. I tried to find him several times from 2014-2016 without luck. In January 2016, my mother passed away and I really needed a copy of her trust, especially because of the "special needs" clauses created by her for me, as I am disabled and have been with her for the last 22 years. She needed my assistance, and I hers. Mr. Goff, and her trust, however, have been conspicuously missing. I managed to find his home phone number in February, and he told me he would search for it, and at least, a copy was in his computer. I have had no contact with him since then. Email, calls, etc. have not been returned. In am in dire straights, without her trust. My sister has, somehow, closed her checking acct. , I was without power for a month, no water for a differant month, my/her chihuahua desperately needs a vet, the car is being repossessed, and thats just the tip of the iceberg. Besides several physical disabilities, the mental and psychological distress is breaking me. My mom was also my friend, and I miss her terribly. This is not what she wanted for me after she passed. Mr. Goff could/can improve some elements of my dismal life, if he could respect my mom's wishes in her trust, and FIND ME A COPY! April 2016

This office handled my divorce for over 3 years and still have things incomplete. It actually is not the attorney himself but his office staff is horrible!!! They never return phone calls or answer emails. By the time they do its weeks or months and the information is incorrect. I was never informed of anything unless I asked. His legal assistant was very disorganized and unreliable. She lost paperwork, didn't file paperwork, provided wrong paperwork, etc. Unfortunately I think Ron Goff is a knowledgeable attorney and been in business a long time. Unfortunately to get to him you go through his staff which is horrible, and when he gets information to you it's through the same channels so you may not get it!!!
