We used Mullin Law for our full estate plan, including a special needs trust for our handicapped son. They were excellent throughout, from the "front desk" to Ron Mullin himself and Daniel Maloney, the attorney who worked on the nitty gritty with us through a long process with particular requirements. A pleasure to do business with, if you can consider any sensitive legal business a pleasure. :)
Ron Mullin is an ethical, trustworthy, and competent attorney. Ron represented me in a complex family legal conflict, which need not have transpired. Ron understood the law in regard to the complexities of the case and counseled me with a cool, calm demeanor, reassuring me again and again with his expert advice and knowledge. His expertise, his reassurance, and especially his compassion enabled me to withstand the stress and pressure of an ugly, Draconian affair with dignity. I will always be grateful for his advice and counsel. Sean Culligan also lent his expert counsel with empathy. Both men tried to shield me from the unwarranted animosity thrust upon me from the opposing side of the "family". Evelyn was also helpful, always ready to help with appointments, questions, and paperwork, and to lend an ear.
I have had the pleasure of working with Mr Mullin for business issues and personal issue. Both projects were handled well with minimal stress. i have referred Mr Mullin to friends and they have had the same experience.
Many lawyers I have met believe their job is to "practice the law". Ron's approach is to understand the problem brought to him and them look at the alternatives, explain them and then help pick out the best course of action to solve the problem. He has done a wide range of projects for me and my family including estate planning, real-estate contracts, litigation, and business contracts. And he's great to talk with before you take some action that could have unforeseen consequences. He's a great person to have on your side in in a potential problem situation.
Ron was referred to us by a friend to do our trust. We were happy with the job that he did and that he did everything for us. He told us that if there were any changes that needed to be made to the trust, there wouldn't be any charges in the future. When we had our son two years later, we went back to have our trust changed. We were a little taken back when we were told it would cost us $2000.00 to add our son. That being said, we were still relieved to have it done by Ron, knowing it would be done correctly. Money well spent.
Ron Mullin has prepared a number of family Trusts for our clan and has been able to explain many options that we did not know were available for some complicated situations. Ron's calm demeanor, good common sense, and excellent knowledge have helped us deal with the sad responsibility of settling estates, as well as handling some other legal issues. The staff at the Mullin Law Firm are efficient, helpful, and well informed, inspiring confidence and peace of mind. I would recommend Ron highly to anyone needing Estate Planning, Mediation services, Elder care advice, or frankly, any legal issue.
I have used Mr. Mullin numerous times and have always been satisfied. He took care of our living trust with great care and satisfaction. I have had to use his services a few other times and never been disappointed. He has handled all my needs quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Mullin.
Ron Mullin has been our personal family and business legal council since 1978. I personal know his entire family. His business/legal posture has never conflicted with friendship, actually his straightens our relationship. I have worked with him on business deals, corporation advice and have completed a family trust with him. Combining friendship with legal work is a rare find.
Ron Mullin handled a most complex trust agreement perfectly. He resolved two sticky commercial problems for me in record time and with my complete satisfaction. He negotiated a long-standing matter with Contra Costa County concerning a condemnation lawsuit. The resolution was amicable. I had spent years getting nowhere. He is a most able mediator. He is not only skilled at the law, he has unusual common sense.
Ron, was excelent in guiding me through my Mother's affairs after her death. Ron and I have been active together in Boy Scouts of America at the troop (boy) level. He is very genreous with his time and expertise. I would not hesitate in recommending his services . I fact, I can not recommend him highly enough.

Mullin.
