Ronald G. Pestine, received his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University Law School in 1973 and his B.A. Degree in accounting from Indiana University in 1968. He is the Senior Partner of the Chicago based Law Firm of Ronald G. Pestine & Associates. This firm specializes in Estate Planning and Trust Law, Elder Law, Probate, Real Estate, Litigation and Business Law. Mr. Pestine is well known throughout the Chicago Metropolitan Area and has personally established hundreds of Trusts and Estate Plans. His unique and insightful expertise has placed him in high regard not only with his clients, but peers alike.  Mr. Pestine has attempted to enhance public awareness regarding estate planning and related topics by conducting seminars on Living Trusts and Estate Planning for the Federal Government and in conjunction with various national brokerage companies, insurance companies, major corporations, park districts, school districts and retirement planning firms. He was the keynote speaker on WCIU-TV's "Law Beat," where thousands of viewers tuned in every week to participate in this fast paced live exchange of information.  As President of Andros Development Corporation and partner in Libnor Properties, Mr. Pestine developed and managed over fifty real estate ventures. His expertise and years of hands-on success, brings a complete understanding of his clients' various needs.
