I was born and raised in Dothan, Alabama, and attended the University of Alabama graduating cum laude in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree. I received a Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2000. Immediately following graduation, I returned to Dothan to begin my legal career. In 2006, I formed my own law firm, now known as Prim & Mendheim, LLC, where I serve as the managing partner. My primary areas of practice include Consumer and Commercial Debt Collection, Civil Litigation including Personal Injury, Fraud and Wrongful Death, Real Estate and Probate and Estate Administration. I am a member of the Alabama State Bar, Tennessee State Bar, Houston County Bar Association, Wiregrass Inns of Court, and Dothan Houston County Rotary Club. I also serve as a Board Member and past chairman of Wiregrass Rehabilitation Center, Inc., and Wiregrass Area United Way, Inc. I currently serve as a Board Member of the Dothan Downtown Redevelopment Authority and I am the past president of the Houston-Henry County Chapter for the University of Alabama Alumni Assocation. Finally, I am an active member of First United Methodist Church in Dothan. I am married to the former Helen Roton of Montgomery, Alabama and we are the parents of three daughters, Sims, Mary Helen and Campbell.
