In August 2020, I hired Mr. Marlowe to help me fight a fraudulent lien placed on my home which was filed few days prior to signing papers to sell it. Per his advice, I placed a bond on the lien right away for $5,668.69 & was able to sell my home. We were planning on taking the person who placed the lien to court but he killed himself before we could. We acted fast & filed a lien contestment, which wasn't responded to for obvious reasons. I requested my bond back, filed all the correct paperwork and didn't received my check. This was going on over the course of 7 months time, back and forth with the clerks office and their mistakes!
