I hired Ron Mack for a court case in 2011. He was completely aware that I had a separate lawsuit against the same person in a different court. In the initial lawsuit I was suing my ex for lost equity in a vehicle that I no longer owned. In my other lawsuit I was suing for money or the property remaining at the house that still belonged to me. He did everything he was supposed to for what I hired him for on the case, with adding a spin to it that I was unaware of. In the lawsuit not only was he suing for the equity in the vehicle but he added "any remaining property in the house" to the complaint. By him doing this, the following month when I went for the next lawsuit in the other court the case was dismissed. The case was dismissed because you cannot have two lawsuits against one person for the same thing. "Res judicata". Case dismissed. Because of Ron Mack I lost the majority of my property I inherited from my grandmother. Thanks Rob Mack for not knowing the law or just being upset because I informed you that you would not be retained for the next case. -Ryan
