I served with the United States Marine Corps (1968  - 1971); decorated for service in the Republic of Vietnam.  From 1977 - 1982, I had the opportunity to work as an  Assistant Attorney General in the Office of the Ohio Attorney General and as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in the Office of the Knox County Prosecuting Attorney.  Since 1982 I have been in the private practice of law with a practice limited to representing:  injured workers; persons seeking social security disability; and persons who have been charged with State or Federal misdemeanors or felonies.
